RECIPES AND MENUS!

Before eating your favorite food or taking cellular nutritional products, eat special combinations and preparations of raw vegetables, proteins and grains which
include all vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, anti-oxidants, enzymes, hormones
control food, good bacteria and specific foods that increase energy naturally.

These specific food combinations are instantly recognized and absorbed by the
sick and old cells. It also cleans up and rebuilds the function of the organs and skin in as little as a few days (refer to testimonials). I refer to this food as “Live Energy "Quick” Foods”.

SOME RECIPES!

VEGGIE-CREAM
(Makes two blender containers full)
2 or 3 cups root vegetables (turnips, daikon, radishes)
1 or 2 cups yellow and green squash
5 or 6 stalks celery
4 large cucumbers, skin removed
4 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 to 4 ozs. extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic bulb, skin removed
grapefruit seed extract, available in health food stores
cayenne pepper
unrefined sea salt
glass storage jars with tight fitting lids

Thoroughly wash all vegetables in tap water, being careful to get all dirt out of celery stalk area. Scrape the skins of your root vegetables with a knife to remove part, but not all, of the skin. Soak all vegetables except cucumber in a large bowl filled with tap water and a few drops of grapefruit seed extract for five minutes. Remove vegetables from the soak water, then chop into small pieces. Set aside. Chop cucumber into small pieces. Juice the lemons.

Divide ingredients into two equal portions, combining them in the following order: Pour lemon juice into blender and start blending. Add cucumber and slowly add the rest of vegetables. Add garlic and grapefruit seed extract. Add extra virgin olive oil and blend to creamy consistency. If cream gets too thick, add more lemon juice.

Pack the portions you want to store in the freezer in glass jars, then add unrefined sea salt and cayenne pepper to taste to the portions you will be eating right away or storing in the refrigerator. (Recipe adapted from Dr. Hanna's The Food Cream Book.)
